Returns & Exchanges Policy
Our priority is that you feel good about our pieces. If you need to make a return or exchange, please read our conditions below carefully:
Return and Exchange Window:
You have 30 days from the date your order is shipped to submit your return or exchange request.
Condition of Items:
For a return or exchange to be accepted by our warehouse, products must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received them. This means the items must be:
- Free from any signs of wear or washing;
- Free from stains or odours;
- With all original tags intact and attached;
- In their original packaging.
We reserve the right to refuse and send back to the customer any item that does not meet these requirements.
How to Start the Process:
The whole process is handled simply by email. To proceed, send us an email with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. The physical return of the items is done exclusively via carrier; hand delivery is not possible. For an exchange for a different size/colour, you must state in the body of the email exactly what you would like, and price differences may apply depending on the price of the requested items.
Return and Exchange Costs:
The logistics costs associated with a return or exchange are the customer's responsibility. The amounts charged are as follows:
- Portugal: €5.99
- European Union: €12.00
- Outside the European Union: €25.00
Refund Processing:
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and is approved in our quality inspection, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note: the refunded amount covers only the value of the returned items. The shipping costs paid at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.
Exceptions and Additional Exchanges
- We accept returns and exchanges for all regions and for any item in our store.
- If you have already made a size/colour exchange, you still have the option to return the final item, provided it is within the stipulated window and conditions.
